Custom order policy
To help cover the cost of production Birchwood Acres requires a 50% deposit at the time of order on all custom orders. This deposit is non-refundable as once the customizations have been made they cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding.
Return Policy
Custom Orders
All custom orders cannot be returned, as they are completely unique to you. However, if you are unhappy with your product, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Standard Orders
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team for instructions. Thank you for shopping with us!
Payment Methods
Payments can be made online, by e-transfer or in cash at the time of pick up for all non-customized orders.
Please note that there is a 50% deposit required on all custom carton engravings at the time of order. This deposit must be made through the website at the time of purchase. This is a non-refundable deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
