Custom order policy
To help cover the cost of production Birchwood Acres requires a 50% deposit at the time of order on all custom orders. This deposit is non-refundable as once the customizations have been made they cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding.
All custom orders are non-returnable as they as completely unique to you, however if you are unhappy with your product please contact us.
Payments can be made online, by e-transfer or in cash at the time of pick up for all non-customized orders.
Please note that there is a 50% deposit required on all custom carton engravings at the time of order. This deposit must be made through the website at the time of purchase. This is a non-refundable deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
